DRIVER

JOB BRIEFING: 

We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost effect manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different
    router
  • Follow route and time schedule
  • Load, Unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
  • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Collect payments
  • inform on new products and services

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as a delivery driver
  • Valid Professional driver’s license
  • Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic
    conditions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • High school degree

HR STAFF (URGENT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that accurate job description are in place.
  • Provide advice and assistance with writing job description and developing
    human resource plans
  • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
  • Identify training and development oppurtunities
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedure
  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacants staff positions
  • Schedule and organize interviews
  • Participate in applicant interviews
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Promote workplace safety
  • Provide advice and assistance to staff and manangement on pay and benefits
    system
  • Explain provisions of the personnel policy
  • Help implement organisational changes
  • Assists employees with work matters career development, personal problems and
    industrial matters. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and
    recommending human resource policies and procedure.
  • Participating in company’s decision making with regards
    to implementing rules and regulations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
    this position
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Human Resources
    or equivalent

  • Preferably from FMCG(Fast moving consumer goods)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in different mall areas

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • With experience handling big retail chains, hyper stores and malls.
  • Will present products to clients, must clearly understand clients needs.
  • Will plan development and growth of sales unit.
  • Develops new important accounts in the are assigned.
  • Will work along with credit and collection in the collection of accounts.
  • Must meet volume and profit objectives of the company.
  • Manage and meet sales budget.
    Participates in the formulation of annual forecast per area and per brand
    based on previous actual sales, industry growth and trends.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must prossess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
